ZenThai Bodyflow
Zenthai Shiatsu massage to relieve pain, improve mobility and support deep relaxation.
What is ZenThai Shiatsu
ZenThai Shiatsu is a creative and dynamic form of body work, inspired by three disciplines: Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and osteopathy.
Through mindful touch, applying pressure, stretching and rhythmic movement, ZenThai Shiatsu helps restore balance that we often lose in daily life. In effect it alleviates pain, improves mobility and supports deep relaxation. Learn more…

Meet your masseur
My name is Marcin. Since the first day I was introduced to ZenThai Shiatsu back in 2021, I felt there was something unique about this practice.
What I can promise you in a session is my undivided attention and care. If there is one thing I’ve learnt as a therapist - it’s the appreciation and respect for the complexity of the human condition. There are usually no quick diagnoses and fixes. But there is a lot that the mindful and intentional touch can change in our bodies and minds. Learn more…

What do I offer?
I’ll be in touch before the session to clarify any questions you may have.

We’ll meet at my place, in Elizabeth Bay (central Sydney, a short walk from the Kings Cross station). It’s clean, quiet, airy, full of light and plants. I’ll send you the address after you book a session.

If this is your first ever experience with ZenThai Shiatsu, read a little more about this practice here.
Otherwise, keep the following in mind:
try not to eat a large meal within 2 hours before a session
take something comfortable to wear; in the summer, a t-shirt and shorts are great. When it gets colder, a long-sleeve top and comfy pants are ideal.
